Tupper: Post-Spring Break
Hello Tupper Musicians and Parents,
Well - the break is technically over. I hope you all have had at least some time over the past two weeks that helped to recharge your batteries in some way. It's an understatement though to say that it wasn't the kind of break any of us expected or wanted, and I wouldn't be surprised if many of you don't feel recharged - our day to day lives have been upended in so many ways over the past two weeks, and the constant change and uncertainty is hard to deal with sometimes.
I wanted to send a quick, informal message, first with the hopes that each and every one of you that are reading this message are as well as you can be under the circumstances - and I say that to parents and students alike. Secondly, please know that in terms of your school lives, myself and the rest of the staff are going to be working through this week to try and find some way forward. I don't know what any of our classes are going to look like in the weeks ahead, especially our music classes, except to be sure that they will be different from what they have been. That said though, we will all find a way forward together to find some way to still connect together through a shared experience of making music somehow.
All communication from me moving forward will likely be through your school emails or emails you have setup in MyEd. Please keep a regular eye on these accounts, as they will also be the ones your other teachers will use to contact you.
Please don't hesitate to give me an email, let me know how you are doing - any questions you have, any concerns or worries, or just a note to say hi. email@example.com is still the best place to get ahold of me right now.
Take care - all of you - and I'll be in touch soon with more information.
